On September 17th, Dimensional Insight customers, partners, and colleagues came together for DIUC25, our annual users conference. This year’s theme — Navigate. Adapt. Excel. — focused on how organizations can chart a path forward in an evolving analytics landscape.
Whether you joined us live or are catching up afterward, the sessions are available to watch on-demand. Below are the highlights and key takeaways from the day.
What is Navo and why does it matter?
One of the biggest announcements at DIUC25 was the introduction of Navo, our newest product. Navo is designed to make working with spreadsheets faster, easier, and more reliable. Instead of wrestling with formulas or spending hours on analysis, users can get to answers in seconds.
During the “All About Navo” session, I talked about why Navo was created, our CEO Fred Powers discussed how it fits into Dimensional Insight’s broader vision, and James Kirtley from our Lab provided attendees with a demo so you could see how it works.
Takeaway: Navo is not a replacement for Diver Platform. It complements it — giving everyday spreadsheet users the ability to analyze quickly, while Diver Platform continues to handle deep, governed enterprise analysis.
What’s new in Diver Platform?
Diver Platform remains the backbone of enterprise analytics at Dimensional Insight. In “Updates to Diver Platform,” members of our Lab team shared the latest backend and frontend improvements. These updates make Diver faster, more efficient, and more user-friendly, giving both IT teams and business users more flexibility.
Takeaway: Diver Platform continues to evolve, ensuring organizations can rely on it for speed, accuracy, and governance while benefiting from ongoing innovations.
How is AI shaping Dimensional Insight solutions?
Artificial intelligence was another major focus of DIUC25. In “Advancements in AI,” James Kirtley outlined our AI strategy, Josh Lovering covered predictive analytics, Tim Lindeman showed how AI is enhancing our documentation, and John Hu demonstrated new chatbot capabilities in our dashboards.
Takeaway: AI will play a growing role in Diver Platform and Navo, but Dimensional Insight is approaching it thoughtfully — with governance, trust, and real customer value at the center.
What quick-hit demos were shared?
Attendees also saw “Quick-Hit Demos” on Diver Platform 8.0 functionality from Tomeka Munford and Keith Garvey. Tomeka showcased Analysis Tables, making it easier to uncover insights quickly. Keith demonstrated Flow Scripts, simplifying complex processes to save time.
Takeaway: Small enhancements can have a big impact — helping users work faster and smarter within Diver Platform.
How did DIUC25 wrap up?
CEO Fred Powers closed DIUC25 by reflecting on how Diver, Navo, AI, and our customers all come together in harmony — each part playing a role in delivering success. He emphasized Dimensional Insight’s long-standing mission of trust, accuracy, and reliability, which continues to guide our innovation.
Finally, I concluded by announcing the location of DIUC26, which will be held at the Renaissance Boston Seaport District, August 5-7, 2026. We hope to see you there!
Takeaway: Dimensional Insight is balancing innovation with stability, ensuring customers can rely on us today while preparing for the future.
Where can I watch the DIUC25 sessions?
