As co-founder and chief executive officer of Dimensional Insight, Fred Powers leads the overall strategy of the company. He co-founded Dimensional Insight in 1989 with Stan Zanarotti. Fred’s philosophy is that by supporting the customer and employee, the customer and employee will support Dimensional Insight. It is this belief that has led to Dimensional Insight coming out on top in multiple prestigious customer satisfaction surveys, as well as the long average tenure of Dimensional Insight employees. Prior to co-founding Dimensional Insight in 1989 with Stan Zanarotti, Fred served as a U.S. Naval Officer at the Pentagon. As a defense contractor, he engineered database development projects relating to the status of forces, and at Honeywell, he designed information systems for business processes relating to sales, marketing, and service. Fred received his bachelor’s in engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has lectured at MIT Sloan School of Management, Boston University, Babson College, Sao Paolo University, and New York University on the application of dashboards, reporting, and analytics technology in business.
As co-founder and chief technology officer of Dimensional Insight, Stan Zanarotti is responsible for leading technology development. Stan co-founded Dimensional Insight with Fred Powers in 1989. His programming expertise allowed for the development of what would become Dimensional Insight’s fully integrated end-to-end enterprise business intelligence platform, Diver Platform. This platform allowed the end-user to look at organizational data without pre-programmed views or query sequences. Stan currently holds patents on the technology utilized in Dimensional Insight’s solution set. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and a master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
As vice president of healthcare applications, George is responsible for Dimensional Insight’s product direction in the healthcare market. His past experience working with healthcare organizations to streamline information delivery mechanisms gives George a unique perspective on the challenges all organizations face in effectively distributing business-critical information to varied user sets. George has more than 25 years of information technology experience with past senior management roles in business development, product management, professional services, and sales at PatientKeeper, e.Piphany, and Sybase. He holds a master’s in computer science from Union College and a bachelor’s in applied economics from Cornell University.
As vice president of business innovation at Dimensional Insight, Tim Lindeman is involved in developing new applications and fostering innovation in business operations. Tim leads the development team responsible for collaboration software, oversees Dimensional Insight’s China subsidiary, and manages a team of consultants engaged in supporting international distributors and customers. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Tim has 15 years of IT experience. Tim is also a graduate of MIT Sloan School of Management.
As director of healthcare information for Dimensional Insight, Nora Lissy, RN, BSN, MBA, works with clients on their healthcare BI journey. She works with them from the start of a project, providing guidance on measures, data governance and overall project implementation. She works side by side with customers through validation and completion as well as providing insight and guidance for future projects. Nora has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare settings with a broad experience in various clinical areas. Prior to joining Dimensional Insight, Nora spent several years in clinical finance and data analysis, both as a consultant and as a director. She has also worked as a clinician in various areas of healthcare that include general medical/surgical care, pediatric, adult and trauma emergency care, neonatal intensive care, home IV infusions and school nursing. Nora received her BSN from The Catholic University of America and her MBA from Saint Leo University.
As vice president of customer services at Dimensional Insight, Susan Mays is responsible for leading implementation strategies for the company’s analytics solutions. She also currently manages Dimensional Insight’s services team. Prior to joining Dimensional Insight in 2012, Susan served as IS Director at BayCare Health System, one of the largest community-based health systems in the Southeast. As a senior leader in the IS group, Susan was responsible for leading a team supporting all aspects of IS customer services to include field services, service desk, customer relationship management, and web application development for BayCare’s 18,000+ employees. Susan holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University.
As consulting director at Dimensional Insight, Mike Brockway is responsible for supporting most of the company’s supply chain consulting efforts. He also established a new consulting team in South Florida. Prior to joining Dimensional Insight in 2010, Mike worked for 17 years at Southern Wine and Spirits, and was a long time user/supporter of Dimensional Insight products. Mike has vast industry experience in beverage alcohol and healthcare. Many Diver/Builder features exist thanks to Mike’s efforts. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
As a senior consultant at Dimensional Insight, Dan Jablonski is responsible for managing some of the company’s largest BI implementations in the professional services, healthcare, and distribution industries. During his tenure as a Dimensional Insight employee, Dan has also worked on developing native connections to non-ODBC compliant data sources as well as application development work in the financial reporting and management arena. Dan is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
As special projects consultant at Dimensional Insight, Roger Williams has a hand in all aspects of Dimensional Insight products and services. Roger has worked with Dimensional Insight products for more than 20 years, both as a customer and as an employee. Roger’s varied employment experience includes building materials, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare, enabling achievement of strategic and tactical business plans. Roger has worked with numerous decision support and ETL tools, including SAS, SQL, and various Microsoft software products. Roger holds bachelor’s degrees in mineral economics and finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Drexel University.
As vice president of sales, Ed O’Brien is actively involved in oversight of all sales activities at Dimensional Insight. Ed joined Dimensional Insight in 1998 and held various sales positions prior to being promoted to vice president of sales. Prior to joining the company, Ed held senior positions with the Lanner Group and MathWorks. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boston College.
As vice president of international sales, Monique Schmidt has been instrumental in establishing Dimensional Insight as a key player in the business intelligence space throughout the European, Latin American, and Asia-Pacific markets. Prior to joining Dimensional Insight, Monique held various positions within the U.S. Army through civilian assignments overseas. She also worked for Digital Equipment Corporation and Data General in varying senior roles and was responsible for international business activities and market development. Monique was born and educated in France and holds a bachelor’s degree in English from College de Jeunes Filles, Talence. She also obtained the prestigious Certificate of Import/Export from the English Chamber of Commerce in Paris.
As vice president of channel development at Dimensional Insight, Corinne Federici is responsible for directing the company’s overall channel strategy. This includes identifying and formalizing strategic partnerships that bring organizations in highly regulated and complex industries, like healthcare, the very best BI and analytics solutions on the market. Before joining Dimensional insight, Corinne spent more than 15 years working with a wide variety of B2B technology companies on their go-to-market strategies, messaging, positioning and marketing. Corinne holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford.
