Dimensional Insight is one of the best vendors I have worked with. Generally speaking, they are very strong. I have dealt with a lot of vendors over time, and we continue to work with Dimensional Insight in part because they are responsive and engaged and want to deliver good products. They want to deliver not just a generic product but one that meets our organization’s needs. Our partnership has been good.

Our executives have adopted Dimensional Insight because of the tiles and dashboards that it gives them access to. The system allows them to dive into data really easily. There is an executive dashboard in the system, and I know that our CFO, CEO, and COO look at it every day to see how our operations are doing. Our CAO uses the system’s ambulatory operations dashboard daily. If the system doesn’t have updated data by a certain time in the morning, our executives will call and ask where their data is.

I would tell a peer or friend that Dimensional Insight delivers on their promises, has excellent customer service, and has a very strong product. I have been really impressed with the fact that I still have the same team. They are amazing, and our salesperson still works with me on sales items. The team is consistent. They always show up for our phone calls, and they always follow up with us if we have any questions. The vendor’s customer service is really stellar. Since the pandemic, I can’t say that about a lot of my vendors. I can’t usually get a person on the phone; everybody wants to do things online, but that is not true of Dimensional Insight. I have the same team of people, and they are very approachable. We get on the phone with them on a regular basis.

Dimensional Insight has a unique product in a number of ways. One tool that is particularly important to us is the ETL tool called Visual Integrator, which simplifies development in business intelligence. Another way the product is unique is the strength of the analyst client, called ProDiver. There is nothing else really like that for navigating large data sets in particular, such as revenue cycle data sets. Dimensional Insight has a singular solution, but we couldn’t do the business that we do in the way that we do it without the system’s strengths. The product does what we need it to do, and it is very reliable.

Dimensional Insight has been really integrated with us from the very beginning. They have helped us to filter through data and really dig deep to make sure our calculations and outcome assumptions are correct. They have even gone to the extent of helping us with validation. They have been very involved and have learned our data. It was important to them. It wasn’t just a box for them to click and combine this with that. We were learning when they were learning too. They ask great questions. Dimensional Insight comes to the table.

Dimensional Insight does a very good job of keeping promises. Historically, Dimensional Insight has been very good at giving us new enhancements according to trends in analytics and healthcare. They are on par, and they do a really good job with that. We have actually talked to Dimensional Insight’s upper management and discussed some of our objectives, what they are working on, and collaborations. They do a really good job of working with us to create solutions that meet our needs, so we really appreciate the partnership.
