Creating the Baseline Report for Add Items Tasks
To understand and follow the task topics that describe how to add items to a report, you must first create a baseline report that you can save as a marker and then reuse. At the bottom of this procedure you will find information on how to delete items from the baseline report, which you can then add back by completing the Add <Item> topics in the ProDiver Help project.
To create a MultiTab report, complete the following steps:

Select a server with a project that contains a sales model with dimensions and summaries, such as:
- Company, Salesperson, and Ship Month
- Cases, Revenue, and Cost
For illustration purposes, this procedure refers to a sales model called sales_90day. You might have to add a Profit column to fully replicate the sample report.

In ProDiver, locate and open sales_90day.mdl.

On the Console, double-click Company to open a basic tabular dive window.

Click the MultiTab icon.

On the Console, double-click Salesperson and Ship Month to add these dimensions in
the dive window. -
Click the Report icon and make the following changes in
the Default Report dialog box, if needed. -
For Report Style, select Tabular MultiTab.

For Totals, select Bottom.

Select all the check boxes except for Gridlines.

Click OK to display the baseline multitab report.

Unlock the report.
The following annotated illustration has numbers next to report items that you will need to delete and then replace as you add back the items by completing the Add <Item> topics.

Select File > Save Marker to save the baseline report.

To delete a selected item from the baseline report, right-click the item to display the context menu and select Delete Item. The following table lists the items from the annotated illustration and provides additional attribute information.

Delete the items listed in step 10 as a starting point to add back the items by following the Add <Items> topics. The
baseline report with deleted Items appears.
