Menu Item	Description
Find	Opens a dialog box that you can use to find information in the dive window. The contents of the dialog box depend on the selected column. See also Finding Data.
Focus / Stop Focus	Focus allows you to select multiple rows or columns in the active dive window and focus attention on those items by removing unselected rows or columns from view. Stop Focus reverts to the unfocused display. See also Focusing Data.
Group / Stop Group	Group allows you to combine selected rows in a dive window into a single unit that is suitable for diving. Stop Group reverts to the ungrouped display. See also Grouping Data.
Group with Others	Groups selected rows in a tabular dive window into a single unit, suitable for diving; and groups all non-selected rows into a second diveable group called Others. To revert to the ungrouped display, select Organize > Stop Group. See also Grouping Data.
Sort Up	Sorts the dive window display in ascending order of the values in the selected column. If sorting numerically, the top row displays the lowest number, and the bottom row displays the highest number. If sorting alphabetically, the order ascends from uppercase A to Z, and then from lowercase a to z. See also Sorting Column Data.
Sort Down	Sorts the dive window display in descending order of the values in the selected column. If sorting numerically, the top row displays the highest number, and the bottom row displays the lowest number. If sorting alphabetically, the order descends from lowercase z to a, and then from uppercase Z to A. See also Sorting Column Data.
Sort	Opens a dialog box that you can use to select multiple columns on which to sort a dive window. Move the columns that you want to sort to the Sort Columns box, listing them sequentially in the order on which to sort. The column that is listed at the top of the list is the first column to be sorted.
Flip Axes	Swaps the vertically-displayed information with the horizontally-displayed information in a graph or tabular dive window. In a tabular or cross tabular display, the columns become rows and the rows become columns. This option is not available for MultiTabs, MultiCross Tabulars, pie charts, control charts, or maps.
