A plus-minus indicator is a bar chart that shows data values above or below a baseline value and use color to apply one or more thresholds. Plus-minus indicators can display horizontally or vertically.
You can add a plus-minus indicator to a page using an indicator portlet or they can be added as a column in a tabular-style portlet.
