Selecting Report Palette Items

There are multiple ways to select report palette items:

To select a single item, click it.
To select multiple items, press and hold the Ctrl key, while you click items.
To select a range of items, select the first item in the range, and then press the Shift key plus the last item in the range.
Select cells by right-clicking the report palette and using the Select context-sensitive menu.

Menu Item	Definition
Select > Select All	Selects all cells.
Select > Select all Defined	Selects all cells that have a string entered in the item definition box. Cells that have text entered on the Text tab only are not selected.
Select > Select all Blank	Selects all cells that have an empty item definition box.
Select > Select all with Links	Selects all cells that have links defined in the Link tab.
Select > Select all with	Selects all cells that include text that you specify. The specified text is case sensitive. Asterisk * and question-mark ? characters are not accepted as variables. Items entered as preceding text, trailing text, or attributes are not selected.
