Editing a User Defined Dimension

To edit a UDD:

  1. Open a dive window.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • If the UDD is displayed on the dive window, right-click the UDD column heading, and then on the tabular context-sensitive menu, click Edit Column.

    • If the UDD column is not displayed, right-click an empty cell on the dive window, and then on the tabular context-sensitive menu, select Edit User Defined Dimension.

    The Edit User Defined Dimension dialog box opens.

  3. If necessary, select the UDD that you want to edit from the Name list.

  4. Edit the Undefined Values as you like, and then click OK.

    ProDiver updates all relevant dives.

  5. To edit values in the UDD column:

    1. Click a cell in the UDD column that you want to edit.

      The cell background color changes.

    2. Click the cell a second time to activate the text editor.

      The cell background color changes to white.

    3. Edit the value in the cell.

    4. Click outside the cell.

  6. When you are done making edits, on the dive window, right-click a blank cell to open the context-sensitive menu, and select Commit User Defined Dimension.
