Adding a Model Name Item

You can use the $MODEL_NAME variable to insert the name of the underlying cBase or model into the report. Additionally, if this report is based on a multimodel DivePlan, ProDiver inserts the name of the last model in the DivePlan.

To illustrate how to enter the cBase or model name, open any ProDiver report or open the inserting_metadata marker created in the Adding a Comments Item topic.

Complete the following steps:

1. Open a cBase or model and build a tabular report or open the inserting_metadata marker created in the Adding a Build Date and Build Time Item topic.

2. Unlock the report, and click the Add Item icon.

3. For the Item Type, select Text.

4. Select the $MODEL_NAME variable.

5. Enter Model Name: preceding the variable.

   

6. On the Position tab, select Left as the column position, and enter 30 in the Vertical box.

7. Click OK to view the report.

   

8. Click File > Save Marker as inserting_metadata to continue using this report in other topics.
