Planning a DivePort Implementation
Before creating a DivePort portal, developers must consider user license requirements, portal security, the portal appearance, and page design.
Basic navigation for a portal is created using environments and pages. DivePort has a hierarchical structure: portal, environment, page, and portlet. Administrators and privileged users manage this hierarchy using DivePort configuration functions. Access to portlets and pages can be set individually or be inherited from a parent page.
