BURLINGTON, MASS. – May 1, 2017 – Dimensional Insight, a developer of business intelligence (BI) solutions for complex and highly regulated industries, today announced that Director of Healthcare Information Nora Lissy, along with three of the company’s hospital end-users, have been named to Health Data Management’s list of “Most Powerful Women in Healthcare IT.”

The second annual listing recognizes female leaders in the health information technology industry for advancing healthcare technology and innovation efforts. This year’s winners were cited for their abilities to advance and deploy leading-edge technology, overcome organizational and technology barriers and shape IT regulations and policies that dramatically increase patient safety and efficiency for healthcare organizations. Nora Lissy, RN, BSN, MBA, was selected among the publication’s Healthcare IT Vendor Executive list, while Dimensional Insight customers Angela Burgess, CIO, Randolph Hospital; Beth Grimes, BSN, Director of Enterprise Analytics, Gwinnett Medical Center; and Doris Peek, SVP & CIO, Broward Health, were recognized among Hospital/Healthcare CIOs and HIT Executives.

Health Data Management’s “Most Powerful Women in Healthcare IT” listing was compiled through online reader nominations, with the publication’s editors also submitting recommendations based on their knowledge of the industry. The editorial staff then reviewed each candidate’s qualifications and decided on the final list of 75 honorees.
