Welcome to Survey Advisor Analyst Help

DI Survey Advisor is an application built on Dimensional Insight’s Diver Platform. Survey Advisor enables companies to conduct surveys for themselves or their business partners. The survey is taken using an iPad or iPhone, and the results are collected on the server for analysis.

The Survey Advisor application allows survey developers to create, edit, and publish surveys which are then deployed to survey takers. Survey takers can display the survey on their mobile device, answer questions, take photos, and track Geo locations before syncing back to the server. Survey Advisor then displays the survey data in its analytical dashboards, reports, and analysis interfaces.

Usage Examples

Alcoholic beverage distributors use Survey Advisor to manage their sales requests and results. Surveys are defined and deployed to their sales associates to collect ad-hoc information.

A common use of the software is to collect data for suppliers. For example, a supplier might want to know what products are on display next to their product, where their product is placed on the shelf, or how much of their product was sold in a particular time period from a certain display. They might also want to have the distributor provide them with photos of the displays or restaurant menus with their product listed. Survey Advisor is capable of collecting such photos along with other types of survey data and uploading them to the server. The distributor can then analyze collected data and share it with their suppliers

Survey Advisor can also be deployed to collect data from employees. Internal surveys can be as simple as one or two questions around a company event, or something more involved with questions soliciting input about how to improve business practices or specific processes. An internal annual survey can be created and updated each year end before redeploying.
