Tier <Level> Dashboards

The Dashboard provides you with a summarized view of sales and program performances appropriate to your Tier level. The Dashboard provides analytics that enable executives and others to evaluate performance using program metrics. Higher Tier users can dive down to lower levels in the sales hierarchy. For example, Tier 5 can dive down to Tier 4, 3, 2, and 1.

The Dashboard page displays a configurable view of the status of all programs in the system.

To view the Tier <Level> Dashboard page:

The Tier <Level> Dashboard page contains the following elements:

  1. Table of Contents Tabs—Opens additional pages that summarize management and program performance with metrics and visual graphs.
  2. Includes sales dated thru—Displays the most recent date for included sales.
  3. Programs—Displays a Program Report that provides data and descriptions for programs displayed on the Dashboard page.
  4. QuickViews—Enables you to filter the displayed data.
  5. Program Listing Rows—Displays a table with metrics for each program, including current and goal data.
  6. Click Action Menu—Displays a menu with additional viewing options upon clicking a program row.
  7. <Direct Reports> Summary YTD—Shows a table of the program and goal information for the direct reports of each manager. For example, viewing this page as a Tier 5 user displays information about direct reporting Tier 4 managers.

NOTE: This table does not appear for Tier 1 users because there are no lower level Tier users.

  8. Programs Met YTD by Program Type—Displays a Year to Date chart of the success rate for each program segment type.

The table of contents tabs provide different views, depending on your security level, of the sales data:

  • Tier <Level> Dashboard—Displays information for all programs that you have permission to view, with the ability to dive down to more details. QuickViews are available to filter program results.
  • Program Summary—Displays a full page for all programs that you have permission to view, with the ability to dive down to more details. QuickViews are available to filter program results.
  • Manager Summary—Displays a summary of sales managers' program performances with the ability to target individual managers and groups.

NOTE: Because Tier 1 does not have lower tiers, this page does not appear for Tier 1 users.

  • Performance Graphs—Displays a series of graphs and tables that summarize program performance in different categories, including the following:

    • By Program Type
    • By Program Priority
    • By Supplier
    • By Program Group
    • By Program End Date
    • By Program Class
  • Hourly Actuals—Displays a summary of program segment information with the changes for the current day. The Hourly Actual tab is not visible unless your installation is configured for the updates feature and it is currently the update time.
