What Is DiveLine?

DiveLine is the server software in a two-tier (client/server) system architecture, controlling access to your NetDiver data.

DiveLine accepts connections from NetDiver and other clients, determines authenticated users, and grants access to DI files.

DI strongly recommends that the major version numbers between the NetDiver client and DiveLine server are the same. Be sure to connect NetDiver 7.1 to a 7.1 DiveLine. To verify the versions, on the menu bar, select Help > About NetDiver.

For information about DiveLine, see Workbench Help.
