Using DiveBooks

Diver developers organize cPlans, DivePlans, markers, and links in DiveBook files. You can use DiveBooks to gain easy access to these resources. DiveBooks are organized into Areas and Topics.

NOTE: Only one DiveBook can be open at a time.

  1. On the toolbar, click the Open Divebook icon Open DiveBook icon..

    The Open DiveBook dialog box opens.

  2. Browse to the DiveBook file that you want to open, and double-click it.

NOTE: When you open a DiveBook for the first time during your session, it remains active until you open a new DiveBook. To open a new DiveBook, click the Open File icon , rather than the Open DiveBook icon Open DiveBook icon..

  1. In the Areas pane, click the item that you want to view.

    The corresponding topics appear in the Topics pane.

  2. Optionally, click a topic to view a description in the Topic Info box.

    NOTE: The description appears only for marker topics that had Marker Info included when the marker was saved.

  3. Double-click the marker or DivePlan topic that you want to open.

    The topic opens in the dive window.

    TIP: If the Console pane does not display, click the Show Console icon The Show/Hide Console icon..
