Types of QuickViews

 

QuickViews can display as:

• Pulldown A closed list with an arrow next to it. Click the arrow to open the list and select an item. lists (default) are collapsible. You can select a single value or optionally, all values. Example

  

• Picklists A text box containing a list that is always visible. are expanded lists from which you can select multiple values. Example

  

  To select more than one value from a picklist QuickView:

  • On Windows, press the Ctrl key while clicking to select more than one value.
  • On Mac, press the Command key while clicking to select more than one value.
  • On a touchscreen device—such as an iPad—on the toolbar, tap the Selection icon , and then tap the values that you want to select. When you are finished, tap the Selection icon again.
