About Click Actions

Click actions provide users with the ability to interact with DivePort data. Clicking a defined spot on a locked page results in some type of action. For example, you can define a pop-up click action that causes a hidden report to appear when a user clicks on a graph. If the target page has printing enabled, you can print it by clicking a printer icon on the header. Other examples of click actions are viewing data in another DI client such as ProDiver or an application such as Microsoft Excel, or opening a link to another location in the portal or to an external website. The ability to use click actions depends on the user’s license.
