Changing Your Password
You might be able to change your password, depending on the configuration options that were specified for the DiveLine server. If you are unable to change your password using DivePort, contact an administrator.

On the Log On
page, click Forgot your password?
The Request Password Reset dialog box opens.

Enter your Username, and click OK.
An email message is sent to the account associated with your username. The message contains a link to reset your password.
NOTE: If you do not receive an email message, contact your DivePort administrator.

Open the email, and click the link.
DivePort launches, and the Reset Password
dialog box opens.

Enter and confirm the new password that you want to use, and then click OK.
Your password is changed, and you are logged on to DivePort.

In the upper right of any
page, click My Account > Change Password.
The Change Password
dialog box opens.

Enter your credentials, and then click OK.
Your password is changed.
