DivePort and DiveLine Versions

Each release of the DivePort software includes a version number and a point release number in the format:

<version-number> (<point-release-number>)

For example, 7.2 (8). It is critical that you know this information when discussing issues with Dimensional Insight Support.

The software version can be found by selecting HELP > ABOUT on the DivePort title bar.

The About DivePort window opens, showing the DivePort and DiveLine version and point release numbers. DI recommends that these versions are maintained at the same level.

Click OK to close the About DivePort window.

Measure Factory Version

If your DivePort is licensed to use Measure Factory, the version number of the current Measure Factory application displays on the title bar, to the right of the application name.

This example shows the Hospital Operations application is running version 2.0.2.
