About Constant Value Columns

You have the option to select and specify constant values to display in measure portlet columns.

Constant values can be a static value, macro, or graphic. The column is not labeled with a title (heading).

This is especially useful for labeling values when you use stacked columns.

The following example shows a measures portlet with two stacked columns. The third column in the portlet shows Cost and Cases as constant values in each row. The forth column shows specific values that uniquely apply to that row.
