Title Bar and Toolbar
The DivePort interface includes a set of context-sensitive commands and menus, located in the upper right area of the DivePort window in the title bar and toolbar. The exact location depends on the selected user interface.
The availability of the LOG ON, LOG OFF, and END PROXY buttons depends on your customized portal and logon status. On the simplified interface, they are located on the title bar. On the classic interface, they are located on the right side of the top level page tabs.
The title bar contains the following:
- MY ACCOUNT menu (available only if CGI authentication is not being used)
- ADMIN menu (available only for administrators or privileged users)
- HELP menu
- Environment selector (available only if the portal has more than one environment)
- Edit this environment menu (available on the simplified and classic interface)
- Collapse/Expand Title Bar chevron (available on the classic interface only)
Toolbar
Options depend on the user interface that you are using.
The left side of the toolbar contains:
- An Open SideBar icon
, which you can use to open and navigate the SideBar. - A navigational Back button (simplified interface).
- A navigational Home button (simplified interface).

A Location bar that shows your location in the portal (classic interface).
The right side of the toolbar contains:
- A Print button that prints the current page.
- An Edit button that causes DivePort to enter edit mode.
The toolbar also displays status information for copy, paste, and proxy actions. For example, if you copy a portlet instance, a message similar to Copying Indicator Portlet X or Copying <Portlet Name> X appears during the copy process. To cancel the action, click the X.
