HIMSS19<\/a> wordt gehouden van 11-15 februari in de Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Net zoals in voorgaande jaren zal Dimensional Insight met een flinke delegatie aanwezig zijn om onze technologie te demonstreren in de centrale zaal. Wat is er nog meer om naar uit te kijken tijdens de aankomende editie?<\/p>\n

Keynotes<\/h2>\n

De algemene sessie wordt op dinsdag 12 februari afgetrapt met de opening keynote getiteld: \u201cWill Consumer-Directed Exchange Disrupt the Healthcare Marketplace?\u201d. Veel van de recente discussies in de gezondheidszorg gaan over pati\u00ebntparticipatie en hoe zorgverleners technologie kunnen leveren waarbij de pati\u00ebnt meer centraal staat. De opening gaat over dit onderwerp en de impact die het heeft op het zorgbeleid.<\/p>\n

Later op de dag zullen Alex Azar, Amerikaans minister van Health en Human Services, en Seema Verma, bestuurder van het Amerikaanse Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) discussi\u00ebren over interoperabiliteit en pati\u00ebntparticipatie. Vorig jaar sprak Verma op de HIMSS over de focus op interoperabiliteit van de regering Trump. Het zal interessant zijn om te zien hoeveel vooruitgang er is geboekt.<\/p>\n

Key sessions<\/h2>\n

Er staan honderden educatieve sessies op de HIMSS19 kalender, inclusief enkele over analytics en advanced analytics. Als ik \u00e9\u00e9n ding geleerd heb van mijn eerdere bezoeken aan de HIMSS is dat er nooit een gebrek is aan interessante bijeenkomsten om naartoe te gaan.<\/p>\n

De sessies die ik in mijn agenda omcirkeld heb gaan over hoe analytics wordt gebruikt om de opiaten crisis te bezweren, hoe AI en EPD-data worden gebruikt om kanker te ontdekken en hoe AVG-registers worden gebruikt om de gezondheid van kinderen te verbeteren.<\/p>\n

Dimensional Insight op de HIMSS19<\/h2>\n

Dimensional Insight staat op de HIMSS19 bij stand #4358, precies in het midden van de \u2018show floor\u2019, we zullen moeilijk te missen zijn! We zullen onder andere wat opwindende technologische ontwikkelingen laten zien rondom self-service analytics die het langskomen meer dan waard zijn.<\/p>\n

Het thema van onze stand dit jaar is \u201cMission Impossible\u201d en hoe we zorginstellingen kunnen helpen met hun onmogelijke missies. Dit past goed in het algemene thema van HIMSS19: \u201cChampions of Health Unite\u201d, wat helemaal gaat over de leiders in de zorg in staat te stellen om positieve veranderingen te kunnen doorvoeren binnen hun organisaties.<\/p>\n
