KLAS Research recently announced its 2019 Best in KLAS scores in several market segments, including healthcare business intelligence and analytics. At first glance, the top vendors are ranked fairly close with just few points of variance. However, this year with the scores, KLAS also included vendor grades in different categories. These grades carry valuable information that looks more deeply at what you are getting when you implement technology.
If you’re evaluating vendors what are these areas should you consider beyond the final score? Here are 6 questions to consider.
The “2019 Best in KLAS: Software and Services” report came out today, and I’m incredibly excited to share that Dimensional Insight was ranked the #1 vendor in Healthcare Business Intelligence and Analytics. This is the sixth year that we have achieved this honor.
While I would like to extend a hearty “thank you” to our customers who helped us achieve Best in KLAS again, I’d also like to say “congratulations” to them, for this honor is much more about their success and improved outcomes as a result of analytics. (more…)
KLAS Research recently released its 2018 Healthcare Business Intelligence report. The report assesses the capabilities of various business intelligence vendors and aims to provide some categorization in what KLAS says is “a market with a lot of options and historically little transparency.”
KLAS Research recently published its 2017 Best in KLAS Software & Services Report. This report recognizes top vendors in helping healthcare professionals deliver better patient care. As a five-time winner in the business intelligence (BI) and analytics category, we have been continually highlighted in the “Best in KLAS” report for our expertise and the value we bring to our customers.
We came in a very close second in our category this year. But for us, what is most important is the tremendous consistency we’ve shown over the years as a top BI and analytics leader. Given the competitive and fast-changing market we are in, we believe that consistency is key and continually being at (or very close to) the top of the list for seven straight years is a unique accomplishment and a milestone we are proud of. The KLAS Enterprise Healthcare BI 2016 report is out, and Dimensional Insight has once again fared exceptionally well in the research. Our company both posts leading scores and is considered a good value by our customers. As this is a report driven by customer feedback, it once again shows our customers are deriving results from our software.
KLAS Research named its 2015/2016 “Best in KLAS: Software & Services” winners earlier today, and I’m happy to report that Dimensional Insight (once again!) came out on top in the business intelligence/analytics category. This is our 5th year being named Best in KLAS in BI/analytics. The announcement follows on the heels of our being named the top vendor in the KLAS Enterprise Healthcare BI performance report, which was announced earlier this month.
This week KLAS released its annual Enterprise Healthcare BI research report. The theme of the 2016 edition of the report is “The Search for Outcomes” as the research focused on how business intelligence (BI) and analytics technologies are being used to improve healthcare quality.
The report looks specifically at the impact that these technologies, and solutions that embed them, have had on providers’ ability to positively impact patient outcomes and gain deeper insights into healthcare information. Once again, Dimensional Insight fared quite well in the research:
We were named the top vendor for overall performance and proactive guidance to customers
We received the second highest score for impact on outcomes
For 5 of the last 6 years, Dimensional Insight was named the top overall vendor in the KLAS Enterprise Healthcare BI performance report
We have some big news to share that we’re pretty pumped about. Dimensional Insight has been named the 2014 “Best in KLAS” winner for business intelligence/analytics.
This news is exciting, not only because it validates our very customer-centric approach in which we invest a lot into ensuring that our customers are able to realize fast and demonstrable ROI from their BI deployments, but also because our scores were up pretty significantly from last year’s scores – to the tune of 6% – showing that our customers are seeing that value first hand.
We combed through the report and dug up 5 interesting facts that we wanted to share with you: (more…)
