KLAS Research recently published its 2017 Best in KLAS Software & Services Report. This report recognizes top vendors in helping healthcare professionals deliver better patient care. As a five-time winner in the business intelligence (BI) and analytics category, we have been continually highlighted in the “Best in KLAS” report for our expertise and the value we bring to our customers.
We came in a very close second in our category this year. But for us, what is most important is the tremendous consistency we’ve shown over the years as a top BI and analytics leader. Given the competitive and fast-changing market we are in, we believe that consistency is key and continually being at (or very close to) the top of the list for seven straight years is a unique accomplishment and a milestone we are proud of.
Our commitment to customers
Over the years, KLAS’ rankings have been a reflection of the unparalleled dedication we have to our customers and the confidence they have in our solutions. This is underscored by our unwavering commitment to delivering the best-in-class solutions for complex, highly-regulated and compliance-driven industries, including healthcare. We do this by working with our customers, developing innovative solutions that give them the insights they need to make improvements in both patient care and the efficiencies within their organizations. These rankings speak to our customers’ satisfaction in our products. They also speak to the exceptional service we provide, as they are a direct result of customer feedback.
As we look to the year ahead, we will continue to bring our customers value by developing industry-leading products that meet the needs of today’s healthcare industry. (And we have a very exciting product development on the horizon!)
Congratulations to all the winners in this year’s Best in KLAS report! And a big thank you to our customers for their continued support and partnership as well as to KLAS for its dedication in recognizing top vendors within the industry.
