Dimensional Insight, a leading independent provider of dashboard, reporting and analytics software and services today announced that it was named Best in KLAS, Business Intelligence/ Reporting segment, according to a 2010 report by KLAS, an independent research firm that monitors vendor performance within the healthcare IT (HIT) marketplace.
Dimensional Insight's overall performance score was 85.8 on a 100-point scale with the company scoring 96% under the business indicator of "would you buy again" and an 8 out of 9 for "product quality". The report entitled 2010 Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards: Software & Professional Services is published annually in December by KLAS. KLAS has been gathering ratings from the provider community on the performance of healthcare software vendors since 1997. Ratings are gathered to assist providers in making informed technology purchase decisions.
