Training is provided to help users, developers, and IS/IT staff fully understand and benefit from the power of the The Diver Solution™ software. Courses are delivered at our Corporate Education Center in Burlington, MA, on-site at customer facilities, or via web-based delivery. Courses can also be customized to meet specific customer needs.
OPEN ENROLLMENT
Throughout the year, DI schedules a series of open enrollment courses at our Burlington Education Center. Hands-on experience is an essential part of the learning process. We emphasize practice sessions in order to provide the opportunity to experiment with newly learned skills while an expert is available. Each participant has a workstation, and class numbers normally do not exceed 12 students.ON-SITE EDUCATION
DI can arrange for a Training Consultant, an expert in Diver and business analysis, to come to your location. Students are provided generic class materials and exercises; yet Diver functionality is presented specific to the customer's own implementation. It is recommended that on-site education not exceed 12-15 participants. Customization of materials is available for a fee.CUSTOMIZED EDUCATION
With a minimum of 30 days notice and scheduling availability, Dimensional Insight can fully customize educational content to meet the specific needs of your business.SELF-DIRECTED TUTORIALS

GUIDELINES• Attire is business casual. • Lunch is provided for all attendees. • Class starts at 8:30am, please arrive by 8:15am. Class will end at 3:30pm. • It is important to attend the entire day to avoid disruption and ensure that all material is covered. • Students are encouraged to fully participate in the class, to ask questions, and to interact with other students. | • Use of cell phones, checking e-mail
and browsing the web during class is discouraged. Break times are built into the class schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICYDimensional Insight strives to hold open enrollment classes as scheduled, but in the event of insufficient registration or circumstances beyond our control necessitating class cancellation, Dimensional Insight reserves the right to cancel classes. Notice of cancellation will usually be made no less than ten working days before the date of the class. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of a class, Dimensional Insight will not be responsible for any airfare penalties or other travel expenses that may be incurred as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling. For this reason, students are advised to purchase refundable airfare or to contact us |
prior to purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. If a student needs to cancel his registration, cancellations made ten business days or more, prior to the first day of Education will not be billed. Cancellations made less than ten business days may be charged 50% of the class fee. This fee can be applied to the same class at a future date. Because of costs incurred for partial attendance, or for failure to attend by registrants without notice of cancellation ("No-show"), the full class fee will be charged. Up to 50% of this fee can be applied towards future Education. Substitutions are welcomed. |
