Poster Session Submission

Share innovative ideas, new workflows, and applications of Dimensional Insight's technology with
other Divers at a poster session. It's a great way to network with conference colleagues AND you'll
receive $250 off your conference registration for participating.

What's Involved?

Follow this link to submit your session proposal. It's quick and painless. If your submission is accepted,
you'll need to submit some source materials that Dimensional Insight will use to assemble your poster
board. Click here for the guidelines.

Your poster will be on display from 8am – 6:30pm on Wednesday, September 25th. You must be available
to discuss your topic during the poster session reception on that Wednesday, from 5pm - 6:30pm.

What are the Deadlines?

Proposals must be submitted online by Wednesday, July 31st. Presenters will be notified by August 5th.
All poster materials for accepted sessions must be submitted (via email) by Tuesday, September 3rd.

Dimensional Insight Healthcare DIUC Poster Board Submission Guidelines

Each poster board will contain sample screen shots or visual aids that 'walk' a user visually through your
application. The goal is to tell a story with your poster board, so please select screen shots accordingly.

Dimensional Insight will use the materials provided electronically by you to put together a poster board
for use at the Forum. You will receive a pdf of the final layout for review and sign-off. Dimensional Insight
will produce and deliver the poster board to the conference.

Include with the submission:

    1. Corporate logo
      • Logo files should be high resolution images in .jpeg, .png, or .tiff format.
    2. Company description
    3. Description of the application in paragraph and/or bullet point format:
      • What audience is the application geared toward? (i.e., types of users )
      • What is the rationale or driving force behind this application/project?
      • How did you implement this?
      • What Dimensional Insight products/components are used?
      • How is the application being used?
      • What are the benefits that have resulted from implementing this? (List and describe.)

Organization information to be provided:

  1. Hospital/Organization Name
  2. Location
  3. Submitted by:
    • Name
    • Title
    • Email address
  4. Your Organization's Website Address

IMPORTANT NOTE:

    • Screen shots should be captured at highest resolution available, preferably over 1440 x 900.
    • All materials must be submitted via email to marketing@dimins.com by Monday, September 3rd.
