Alice manages the customer and technical support processes for DI's entire user community, striving to provide premiere service to our 2,600 client organizations worldwide. In addition to overseeing DI's support programs, she manages DI's day-to-day business activities in various areas including hosted implementations, domestic sales, accounts receivable, and consulting services. Prior to joining DI in 1997, Alice worked for a large manufacturing firm for 18 years as a Business Analyst. Alice has a BS in Marketing with a Minor in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. |
